The quality of education that we impart to our youth and the priority at which we rate it contribute largely to the formation of the attitudes they carry over into public life. So whatever kind of seed we sow in the classroom, the manner in which we nurture it and the strength which it imbibes in its various stages of growth will all determine the harvest that the nation will reap in the form of its educated youth coming out of the schools, colleges and universities. The imprints of these institutions of learning will become indelible marks clearly visible in all fields of our natural life; be it a clerk in an office, a soldier in the battle field, a school teacher in a village school, a University Professor, a bureaucrat running the administration in a seat of power.
Examination Board is an organization that sets examinations and is responsible for marking them and distributing results. Examination Boards have the power to award qualifications to the students. This is what the BISE Malakand is going to announce result of HSSC Annual Examination, 2011 on 20th of July, 2011.
Being head of the Examination Section I am greatly indebted to the Chairman, BISE Malakand Professor Syed Tajul Malook, Secretary, Professor Rafiq Ahmad for their cooperation and guidance, making this Herculean Task a success. I also pay tribute to members of the Computer Cell, Secrecy Section and HSSC Section for their untiring efforts and valuable services rendered for the preparation and compilation of the result.
I congratulate from the depth of my heart all the successful candidates, their parents and teachers and extend my feeling of sympathy towards those who failed to achieve their targets. They need not get discouraged as failure is the key to success. This will definitely motivate them to work with new zest, valor and enthusiasm.
May Allah be with us in all our sincere endeavors for the execution of justice.
